Jacobsen Partners is an executive and professional search firm that specializes in finance and accounting, general management, and the operations management areas of business. Within these disciplines, we handle a wide variety of roles from analyst and mid-management to Vice-President and Executive positions.

All of our searches are managed by Directors of the firm who have senior-level business backgrounds. Each search is staffed by a team including industry-specific research professionals. This gives us inside knowledge of our clients' needs, and a deep understanding of the experience and skills of the candidates we recruit. We understand the language of the people in the businesses we serve.
